Hubungan Tingkat Resiliensi Dengan Tingkat Stres Pada Remaja

Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. Marked by a strong sense of curiosity, liking adventure and challenges, and often taking risks for their actions without careful consideration, therefore, in adolescence, ambiguous attitudes and identity crises are often found, which cause adolescents to be unstable, shaky, emotional, sensitive and aggressive to people around them. Purpose of the study To determine the correlation between resilience levels and stress levels. Method: This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional approach to adolescents determined using quota-sampling, data obtained using resilience and stress level questionnaires and all r-count values are greater than r-table values, so the questionnaire can be used. Data analysis using Kendall's Tau test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between resilience levels and stress levels in adolescents (p = 0.013 <α = 0.05). The conclusion is that resilience levels can affect a person's stress levels.
